Satish Kushwaha Shares Creator Blueprint Along With His Earnings

Popular YouTube creator Satish Kushwaha, known for his ‘make money online’ videos, revealed that his earnings peaked at $80,000 in a single month during a podcast with me.

Kushwaha, who manages the prominent Satish K Videos channel with nearly 2 million subscribers, detailed his decade-long journey from an engineering student to a leader in the Indian creator economy.

The podcast covered a wide range of topics, including the evolution of digital monetization, the sustainability of blogging, and the ethical responsibilities of modern influencers.

Satish Kushwaha emphasised that while many believe blogging is a dead medium, it remains a highly effective way to generate passive income.

He noted that his early blog, TechYukti, eventually earned $2,000 per month by providing tech guides in Hindi before he transitioned his focus to video content.

For new creators, he explained that choosing a high-CPM niche like finance or travel is critical for maximising revenue.

The veteran creator also spoke out against the rising trend of “unqualified” influencers hosting podcasts and giving health advice.

Kushwaha shared a specific instance where he rejected a 9.5 lakh brand deal from a forex trading company because he did not believe in the product’s effectiveness.

He argued that creators have a “family-like” responsibility toward their audience and should not promote betting apps or fake health cures just for a quick payout.

Regarding financial stability, Kushwaha advised aspiring creators to start investing as soon as they earn their first 1,000 rupees. He revealed that he currently invests 1.5 lakhs every month into Mutual Funds through an SIP (Systematic Investment Plan).

This disciplined approach to wealth management follows a difficult period in 2018 when he realized that despite high earnings, he had no significant savings or assets.

Satish Kushwaha started his journey in 2014 while studying Computer Science Engineering, initially creating reaction videos before finding success with interviews and “make money online” tutorials.

Today, he is recognized as one of India’s most successful digital educators, holding eight YouTube Play Buttons across various channels.

His main channel, Satish K Videos, focuses on digital marketing, affiliate marketing, online earning and interviews with other high-achieving entrepreneurs.
