Vaibhav Sisinty has become one of the most influential voices in India’s digital education and AI upskilling space, building learning platforms that reach millions worldwide. As of late 2025, he commands a following of more than one million people on Instagram and over 230,000 subscribers on YouTube, where he breaks down AI trends, business workflows, and new technology for a growing creator and professional audience.

His work as the founder of GrowthSchool and OutSkill has positioned him as a key figure in making future-oriented skills accessible to learners across the globe.

Sisinty’s career began long before his entry into edtech. An engineer by education, he launched his first digital venture, CrazyHead Solutions, while still in college. That early exposure to entrepreneurship led him into roles focused on growth hacking and marketing.

His work at Uber placed him at the forefront of the company’s expansion into several Indian cities, giving him early experience with fast-scaling operations.

He later joined travel-tech unicorn Klook, where he helped scale the company’s India business from 6 million to 28 million dollars in annual revenue in under a year. Despite these achievements, two unexpected layoffs shifted his path, prompting him to focus on building something of his own in the digital learning space.

In 2021, Sisinty founded GrowthSchool with the aim of creating a platform that would deliver practical, outcome-based education for young professionals. The company quickly grew into one of India’s most recognized upskilling platforms, offering cohort-based courses taught by industry practitioners.

By 2025, GrowthSchool and its sister brand OutSkill, now specializing in AI and technology-focused programs, served over 10 million learners across more than 45 countries.

With a staff of more than 150 employees, the platforms emphasize hands-on learning, real-world projects, and partnerships with leading AI and research tools. One such collaboration includes providing Perplexity Pro access to students enrolled in long-form programs, highlighting Sisinty’s focus on integrating advanced technology directly into the learning experience.

As his companies expanded, Sisinty’s personal content also gained momentum. His YouTube channel, with more than 231,000 subscribers, and his Instagram account, with over one million followers, highlight his interest in AI-driven workflows, automation techniques, and business efficiency.

His communication style straightforward, example-driven, and focused on real-world application has made him a sought-after speaker in masterclasses, podcasts, and business media.

Throughout his online presence, he frequently documents the behind-the-scenes challenges of building companies, discussing topics like pivots, stressful phases, and lessons learned from failures.

In 2025, Sisinty’s rapid growth on Instagram became a notable story in itself. Within just eight months, he publicly tracked his rise from zero to 800,000 followers, using AI-generated content to demonstrate how automation and storytelling can boost personal branding.

Sisinty’s influence extends beyond numbers. His platforms have helped shape a generation of learners seeking workplace relevance in an increasingly AI-centric economy.

His approach, rooted in accessibility, experimentation, and continuous learning, has resonated with emerging professionals, startup founders, and creators looking to build future-ready careers.

As he continues to scale GrowthSchool and OutSkill, Sisinty’s work underscores his central idea: that with digital skills, practical education, and the ability to work alongside AI, individuals can create opportunities that once felt out of reach.

His journey from digital marketer to AI-focused educator reflects the broader shift toward technology-driven learning that is now defining the global professional landscape.
