Swati Mishra Bhojpuri Singer

Swati Mishra is an emerging Indian singer, songwriter, and cultural influencer whose music spans both folk entertainment and devotional spirituality. With over 2 million cumulative subscribers on her YouTube channels, her songs are quite popular due to their slow pace and sweet, folk-style music.

Born in Chhapra, Bihar, Swati grew up in a non-musical family but was encouraged to pursue her passion from an early age. After receiving formal training and completing music degrees, she shifted to Mumbai to chase her professional dreams.

Her career strategy is rooted in a dual-channel approach on YouTube: Swati Mishra Bhojpuri, where she celebrates regional culture through romantic, folk, and contemporary Bhojpuri songs.

Another is Swati Mishra Bhakti, dedicated to devotional bhajans, festival songs, and spiritual performances.

Together, the channels boast over a million subscribers and more than 550 million views, making her one of the most versatile digital music personalities in India.

Swati’s biggest breakthrough came in 2023, when her devotional bhajan “Ram Ayenge” went viral during the Ayodhya Ram Temple inauguration. The song, which connected deeply with audiences, earned personal praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and went on to cross tens of millions of views.

Her Bhakti channel regularly features hits like “Raam Siya Raam,” “Radhe Barsane Wali,” and “Mann Mohanaa,” often released around major Hindu festivals such as Chhath Puja and Janmashtami.

On her Bhojpuri channel, Swati experiments with love songs, trending reels, and playful narratives, with tracks like “Dhere Dhere” and “Dil Na Bikau Hamaar” gaining traction across YouTube and streaming platforms. Many of her works are also released on Spotify, Apple Music, and JioSaavn under labels like Mohit Musik.

Swati’s versatility allows her to reach two distinct audiences: Regional listeners seeking entertainment rooted in Bhojpuri folk, and devotional followers looking for spiritual healing through bhajans.

Her online presence is amplified by Instagram, where she actively shares reels, live sessions, and personal stories, building a community of over 2 million followers. Fans are drawn not only to her voice but also to her authenticity, balancing rural traditions with urban aspirations.

She is frequently invited to festivals, radio shows, podcasts, and collaborations, and her relatable storytelling makes her a cultural bridge across generations.

PM Modi’s acknowledgment of her bhajan “Ram Ayenge” further cemented her credibility and reach.

By splitting her artistry between Bhojpuri music and devotional bhajans, Swati Mishra has carved out a unique identity in India’s digital music scene. Her work not only preserves cultural pride but also fosters spiritual connection, making her one of the most influential and inspiring voices in Indian music in 2025.
