Ranveer Allahbadia, the prolific podcaster and co-founder of influencer management agency Monk Entertainment, has released a “brutal” strategic manifesto for 2026, accompanied by the launch of a new mentorship program.
A new course addition to his upskilling platform, BeerBiceps SkillHouse, titled “Build Your Dream Self,” to help people build a life that feels lighter, more productive, more meaningful, and deeply fulfilling, is priced at ₹199.
The launch comes amid a candid address to his 10 million-plus subscribers, where Allahbadia urged young creators to abandon the concept of work-life balance in favour of an “attacking mentality.”
The “Attacking” Thesis
In his latest video, Allahbadia challenged the popular “save and invest” narrative often peddled by finance influencers. He argued that while financial discipline is necessary, the real driver of wealth for young professionals is self-investment and skill acquisition.
“It’s important to save money, but it’s more important to learn to make more money,” Allahbadia said. “When the whole world attacks you, your mentality should be to use that attacking energy to move forward.“
He advised aspiring creators to treat their twenties as a “phase of discomfort,” suggesting that work-life balance is a “privileged thought” that should be sacrificed temporarily to secure long-term family stability.
Inside the Course: Soft Skills as the New Hard Currency
While Allahbadia’s previous courses focused on technical skills like video editing and podcasting, “Build Your Dream Self” pivots entirely to soft skills. The course curriculum comprises eight modules designed to help students “upgrade” their internal operating systems.
Key modules include:
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Techniques for self-awareness and managing emotions under pressure.
- Mastering Communication: Covering both verbal and non-verbal cues, including body language.
- Storytelling & Personal Branding: How to craft a narrative that resonates online and offline.
- Networking: Strategies for building meaningful, long-term professional relationships.
The ‘Build Your Dream Self’ program aims to help students overcome “imposter syndrome” and create a concrete personal development plan.
Allahbadia posits that in an AI-driven future, these human-centric skills will distinguish the “kings and queens of the jungle” from the rest.
Rising from the Hack
The launch follows a turbulent year for the entrepreneur. In September 2024, his YouTube channels were hijacked by hackers who renamed them to “Tesla” and livestreamed cryptocurrency scams, resulting in the deletion of thousands of videos.
Allahbadia revealed that beyond the digital loss, he faced severe personal harassment, including death threats directed at his mother.
He credited his survival to his “Mamba Mentality,” a term popularised by the late Kobe Bryant, which emphasises relentless improvement and resilience.
Expanding the SkillHouse Ecosystem
“Build Your Dream Self” is the latest addition to BeerBiceps SkillHouse, an educational platform Allahbadia co-founded to democratize creator economy skills.
The platform already hosts technical courses such as Video Editing Mastery, Podcasting 101, and Instagram 101, which feature industry experts like Manish Pandey (CEO, BeerBiceps Media) and Allahbadia’s own production team.
The new course marks a shift toward broader career mentorship, targeting students and professionals beyond just the content creation niche.
