Ayush Wadhwa, founder of Owled Media, has become one of India’s most inspiring young entrepreneurs by building a multi-crore creative agency from scratch. He began creating videos at just 13 years old in Haryana, where he learned about tech, production, and storytelling on his own, which ultimately led him to start his own marketing agency.

Ayush’s journey began with a YouTube channel and a blog, earning his first online income through Google AdSense while still a schoolboy. At college, he invested much of his freelance earnings and sent cold emails to connect with business leaders like Ankur Warikoo.

This led to his first big client for video courses, quickly followed by projects with major brands such as CRED, Disney+, Groww, Estee Lauder, and Tata.

In 2020, Ayush launched Owled Media to help brands connect with audiences through smart storytelling and creative content.

His company now has more than 50 staff and has produced hundreds of campaigns for India’s biggest startups, tech giants, and influencers.

Owled Media works as a full-service agency, creating everything from high-end ad films and digital series to Instagram campaigns and AR filters.

The team is divided into specialized units for production, digital marketing, and influencer management, offering brands fast, focused solutions.

In just a few years, Owled Media has clocked crores in revenue and reached over 700 million people worldwide.

Ayush himself is recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honoree, angel investor in startups, and popular speaker at IITs, IIMs, and business forums.

He teaches students and professionals how to build a side hustle and make money from creative skills, for which Ayush has started an online course called ‘7 Figure Freelancer’ and also authored a book ‘, The One Person Startup‘.

Ayush credits his growth to persistent learning, investing in quality relationships, and never being afraid to ask, whether it’s pitching to a new client or building an online team. He tells young creators to start early, embrace failures, and use every project as a chance to learn more about business and creativity.

From two views on his first video to a multi-crore brand, Ayush Wadhwa’s story shows that the right mix of hustle and heart can change the game for creators in India.
