Monk Entertainment, better known as Monk-E, was launched in 2018 by YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, known for his channel BeerBiceps, and his college junior Viraj Sheth. The duo started this venture to help creators and brands succeed in India’s fast-growing digital ecosystem.

Ranveer Allahbadia is today a successful content creator and podcaster with over 25 million subscribers across social media. But he started his journey in 2015 with a fitness app, which failed and then he began creating fitness videos on YouTube.

When his YouTube channel got some success and brands started to come for sponsorships, Ranveer asked his college junior, Viraj Sheth, to manage the brands for the BeerBiceps channel. Later, they began managing some other popular creators and this way Monk Entertainment was born.

They began by managing Ranveer’s own brand (BeerBiceps) and quickly expanded to take on social media, influencer marketing, and video production for others. Early clients included YouTube friends and emerging digital stars.

Within the first three years, Monk-E went from three people to over 50 staff, representing content creators ranging from tech experts to lifestyle icons and Bollywood talents. Their secret: personal support and a deep focus on storytelling and creator growth.

Monk Entertainment stands out for handling everything, from creator management, brand campaigns, production and even IP creation (original branded shows).

Today, the company claims to represent over 120 exclusive digital creators, including popular names like Sutej Pannu, Ankit Baiyanpuria, Pearle Maany, and Yashi Tank. Monk-E’s talent roster is carefully kept small so creators get full attention and career guidance.

They have delivered major campaigns for top brands, including Flipkart, NBA India, Amazon, Coca-Cola, and Nykaa. By blending data insights and internet trends, the team ensures that brand stories reach millions and creators build lasting businesses.

In the last fiscal year, Monk Entertainment earned ₹100 crore in revenue and posted a 59% rise in profit, marking it as India’s top creator business. Both founders have received Forbes 30 Under 30 honours for their work in reshaping influencer marketing and digital media in India.

Monk-E continues to promote positive creator culture, offering mental wellness support and new opportunities for both rising stars and household names. Ranveer and Viraj’s vision proves that with grit, learning, and teamwork, creators can now build their own digital empires.
