Shwetabh Gangwar Releases Move On Course To Combat Post-Breakup Productivity Loss

Popular self-help YouTuber and national bestselling author Shwetabh Gangwar announced the launch of a specialized digital program titled “Move On 100%” to help individuals recover from emotional setbacks and heartbreak.

The creator, widely known for his blunt and practical approach to modern problems, revealed the project during a video update after a period of relative inactivity on his main channel.

Gangwar confirmed that the course is designed as a mental architecture to fast-track the recovery process for those struggling with breakups, rejections, or divorces that hinder their professional and personal growth.

The program includes more than 30 intensive worksheets and exercises developed over two years of research to address specific psychological barriers like rumination and procrastination.

Gangwar explained that the course is intended for people who find themselves stuck in “darkness” for months or years, effectively acting as a “career destroyer” by ruining their focus on studies or business goals.

Aspiring creators and students are the primary focus of this release, as the author emphasized how emotional distress often leads to the destruction of daily habits and academic grades.

The ‘Move On’ course assumes the user is starting from “zero,” perhaps unable to leave their bed, and provides a structured path to rebuilding their self-esteem and productivity.

Gangwar noted that while YouTube videos offer general advice, this structured architecture is necessary for those who need a more permanent and rigorous solution to move past their losses.

In addition to the course launch, Gangwar shared that his much-anticipated second book has officially entered the editing phase and is expected to be released within a few months.

This upcoming publication follows the massive success of his 2019 debut, “The Rudest Book Ever,” which established him as a prominent voice in the Indian self-help space.

He attributed his recent lack of frequent video uploads to the intensive labour required to design the worksheets and complete the manuscript for the new book.

Gangwar currently commands a massive digital presence with over 1.7 million subscribers on his primary YouTube channel, where he has built a reputation as a “professional problem solver” since 2016.

His content frequently challenges conventional social norms, focusing on developing a rational mindset rather than seeking temporary happiness.

With the completion of these major projects, the creator informed his audience that he intends to return to a regular schedule of problem-solving videos to engage with his community of millions.
