Bachpan ka Pyaar Sahdev Dirdo Lollipop Song

Sahdev Dirdo, the boy who shot to nationwide fame with the viral hit “Bachpan Ka Pyaar,” has made a powerful comeback. After captivating the nation with his childhood love song, which even superstar Badshah collaborated on, Sahdev has now uploaded a brand-new track titled “Lollipop.”

In 2021, “Bachpan Ka Pyaar” became a nationwide sensation, making 10-year-old Sahdev Dirdo an overnight celebrity. The song originally was a folk tune, but gained massive popularity when Badshah released a full version featuring Sahdev, Aastha Gill, and rapper Rico.

Badshah himself wrote fresh lyrics, and the music was reimagined for a new generation while preserving the original charm. The colourful music video featured Sahdev and the artists in a playful, lively setting that fans loved.

The song caught fire on social media platforms, inspiring countless memes, TikTok dances, and wide public admiration. It became a symbol of innocence and nostalgia, endearing Sahdev to millions.

Recently, in September 2025, Dirdo made his much-anticipated musical return with the energetic Hindi track “Lollipop”, released by GaanaaWala and produced by Pappu Farishta.

Sung by Sahdev, Monika Verma, and Md Kaif, with music and lyrics by Kaif, the song features playful romance and colourful choreography. The video shows Sahdev’s signature style, blending schoolboy charm with confident star power.

The “Lollipop” music video raced up YouTube and Instagram, gaining thousands of likes and comments within hours. Fans celebrated Sahdev’s resilience, posting messages like “So happy to see you back, superstar!” and “Lollipop is the next viral hit!”

Originating from Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district, Sahdev sang “Bachpan Ka Pyaar” in his classroom; his teacher filmed and posted the video, which snowballed onto every major social platform.

Within weeks, the clip had earned millions of views, celebrity reposts, and a whirlwind of memes. Badshah’s remix release in August 2021 multiplied Sahdev’s fame, cementing his status as one of India’s internet breakthroughs.

His overnight success brought not only joy but challenges: a serious road accident in late 2021 paused his singing journey, but Sahdev ultimately made a full recovery. Through it all, India cheered for his spirit, and the “Bachpan Ka Pyaar” melody became a lasting cultural reference.
