The unexpected return of Dhinchak Pooja

The woman who single-handedly defined the “cringe-pop” era has re-emerged in 2026 with a lifestyle that has left social media in shock. Dhinchak Pooja, the viral sensation who once dominated headlines with off-tune hits like “Dilon Ka Shooter,” has finally addressed her years of silence, revealing a massive shift from digital jokester to a serious spiritual practitioner.

In a rare and candid video titled “I Found The Most Trolled Indian Creators,” on Thugesh Unfiltered channel, she clarified that her absence wasn’t a downfall but a conscious choice to step back from the “brainrot” of constant scrolling.

“I never needed the money because my father is already very rich,” Pooja stated, putting to rest years of speculation about her financial motives. She revealed that her viral hits were originally created “just for fun” after friends suggested them, and she was often surprised by how seriously the internet took her parody-style content.

While the world was busy roasting her, Pooja was living a life of quiet luxury, admitting she rarely even watched the reaction videos made by mega-stars like CarryMinati.

The biggest bombshell dropped when she confirmed she has been rejecting high-profile TV offers, including the popular show Laughter Chefs. “My principles are more important than any amount of money,” she explained, citing her strict Jain upbringing and a recent surge in spiritual commitment.

Pooja now strictly avoids any environment where non-vegetarian food is handled, and she has even stopped consuming garlic and onions as part of her “karma-conscious” journey.

Despite her reclusive lifestyle, the “Selfie Queen” hasn’t fully retired her microphone, announcing a staggering rollout of seven new tracks, including a much-anticipated sequel titled “Selfie Queen.”

She promises a “softer” musical direction this time around, though she maintains that the “Dhinchak style” her fans love—or love to hate—is still very much intact.

Her latest 2026 New Year release has already sparked a debate among netizens who are divided between nostalgia and disbelief at her new grounded persona.

Dhinchak Pooja took to Instagram to share that her daily schedule no longer involves chasing trends but focuses on “chilling” and mental health.

“I tell people to stop using their phones so much because it causes stress,” she noted, an ironic piece of advice from a woman who once broke the Indian internet.

She remains focused on her devotion to Lord Krishna, proving that even the most trolled figures in digital history can find a way to rewrite their own narrative on their own terms.
